Poor Unfortunate Soul- book review

This didn't feel like a book about Ursula. Poor Unfortunate Soul is the third book in a series of Villain stories so I get that there are characters and such that were new to me since I didn't read the first two, but they still felt like they overshadowed the "Tale of the Sea Witch."
